About the ECO4 Scheme

The ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation) scheme helps UK households and private rental properties reduce energy use and carbon emissions by upgrading older, inefficient homes.

If your property has a low EPC rating (E, F or G), or the occupants receive certain qualifying benefits, you may be eligible for funded improvements such as:

  • Cavity wall insulation
  • Underfloor insulation
  • External wall insulation
