With a background as a qualified electrician and former owner of a successful electrical contracting company, Karl brings a strong practical and commercial understanding to every project. His experience across construction, refurbishment, and property management allows him to identify opportunities where others may only see problems.
Over the years Karl has built a substantial property portfolio across the North East, focusing on long-term investment strategies including Buy-to-Let and the BRRR model (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent).
Karl’s approach is straightforward and solutions-focused. Margaret “Mags” Harvey
Operations & Client Relations
